Alex Bernal Janna

Passionate about Construction. Alex (CGC - Certified General Contractor) brings to Maber more than 20 years of experience in the construction field. Alex consistently demonstrates a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all aspects of our projects are meticulously managed and executed to the highest standards. He is actively visiting job sites and meeting with clients to thoroughly understand their expectations. He is the mastermind behind putting together an exceptional team that goes “above and beyond” to understand the client’s needs. “Clients normally would want you to tell them what they want to hear … however I will be blunt: always underpromise and overdeliver”.

Andrea Acosta

Administrative and Marketing Director

Andrea is a Business Administrator with a major in International Marketing. Her background of more than 12 years in the hospitality industry, makes her a great addition to the organization. Andrea is passionate about customer satisfaction and she is constantly building relations with new vendors. She is in the business back office operations, dealing with the administrative side of Maber, permit processings and procurement activities. She also handles our marketing department, making sure the flow of all projects are shown on all platforms.

Juan Pablo Duque

CFO

Juan Pablo is our CFO, with more than 17 years of experience in the asset management field working for some of the biggest banks in the US, he joined Maber’s team to lead our finance department. Juan Pablo is responsible for project budgeting, finance reporting, vendor’s negotiations and cost monitoring among other fundamental activities. He works hand by hand with our CEO designing the future of our company, making financial decisions and developing strategies to help Maber meet its goals. At Maber Juan greatly contributes to our team’s success.

Adriana Perez

Comptroller

Adriana is an Industrial Engineer responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of Maber Construction, and working hand by hand with our CFO ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. She is also responsible for our company’s accounting and software integration with Buildertrend. Her background of over 15 years of experience in the financial and administrative operations, plus her background in commercial sales and the Real Estate market in Miami, make Adriana a great addition to our team.

Eduardo Chacin

Project Manager

Eduardo is a Civil Engineer with 17 years of experience in delivering complex construction projects on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards. He has a proven track record of successfully managing large teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Eduardo brings to Maber an amazing experience in the Commercial and Residential construction field. Successfully delivering construction projects with more than $35 million dollar in project value.

Orlando Marquez

Project Manager

Orlando is an Architect with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He owns a comprehensive understanding of architectural design principles, construction methodologies, and project management techniques that make him an excellent team member of Maber. Orlando has the perfect eye for detail, he is skilled in project planning, and cost control with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
